How long will it take to receive my order?

All of our products are handmade to order so please allow up to 10-14days plus delivery time after ordering.

If you are in a rush for your order, please email info@bridaldoll.com.au to discuss whether your order can be expedited. We will do our best to ensure that your order ships in time for your event.

Do you offer rush orders?

We do offer rush orders for a $15 additional charge. Simply add RUSH ORDER (SHOP -> RUSH ORDER) to your cart along with your other order and it guarantees your order will leave our studio within 3days. Please contact us prior to purchase if you are concern about your deadline so we can ensure that we have room in our schedule to meet your deadline. We are usually able to accommodate most requests.

Are custom designs available?

We absolutely LOVE custom orders and will be happy to customise any piece or make a whole custom piece. The normal time frame for custom pieces vary, and will depend on the availability of materials, existing orders and the type of custom pieces requested.

Just simply fill the custom order form for any enquires. We are more than happy to discuss creating a unique and beautiful piece for your dream wedding look.

Are all your products made in Australia?

All our products are handmade in a Sydney-based studio in Australia.

What is the cost of delivery?

We offer a flat rate for standard shipping on all domestic orders. Delivery rates are as below.

Do you ship overseas?

Bridal Doll ships worldwide. International shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location. Please contact us if you wish to place an order outside of Australia and we will then be able to give you a quote for postage costs.

Can I track my oder?

Yes. You will receive an email after the item has been dispatched and this will allow you to track your items. Or simply go to Australia Post website to track your items.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

You will receive an confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped from our studio, you will receive a second email containing delivery and tracking information.

What is the free gift promotion advertised?

Simply send us photographs by email of you wearing our items on your special day and we will send you one of the beautifully handmade accessories of your choice (hair comb or brooch on the left) as our free gift to you.

Please note that we might share your photo on the testimonial section of our website.

Do you offer refunds and exchanges?

We do not refund or exchange if you simply change your mind as we make to order only. In the unlikely event that a piece is damaged during postage, it may be returned for repair or replacement.
